1. Real Scanning via Headless Browser
Unlike other tools that just read the source code, RGPD Auditor simulates a real visit using an automated browser (Chromium). This allows us to detect cookies dynamically placed by JavaScript after the page loads.

Each detected cookie is compared to our global database. We instantly identify if it's Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Hotjar, or lesser-known advertising trackers, as well as their country of origin (Transfer outside EU).
3. AI-Assisted Visual Analysis
Our algorithm analyzes the DOM structure of your cookie banner to detect cognitive biases: hidden 'Reject' button, insufficient contrast, or complex user journeys. This is called 'Dark Pattern' detection.
4. Legal Validation & Accessibility
Finally, we check for mandatory pages (Legal Notices, Privacy Policy) and audit accessibility (WCAG) to ensure your site respects the rights of ALL users.
